Doc made errors on my prescriptions and I called after visiting pharmacy to have it fixed. I was transferred to (director of clinical I think), anyway, she was very nice, caring and professional and willing to help me and got everything fixed so I now have all the correct meds. On a 5 star rating system I give her a ten! Thank you nice lady :)
check in is easy nice and curious. I don't wait in the waiting room long at all, about 15 minutes or less. and the Dr's I've had are all very helpful knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Ali is great at doing the injections.
I always have a great experience here. Heather is very thorough. She listens to me and does everything she possibly can to help me. I appreciate her greatly. She is definitely an asset to your company.
