I usually have no issues coming here it’s the only place I come to get my car wash, will today I asked the lady how much more extra it will be to vacuum out my car twice, her reply is we are not going to do that, without u paying I reply I know that but how much extra or do I have to get one of the gold or silver offer? Her reply was you can get it but we are not going to vacuum it out twice we will do the best we can, she was really rude! And if I was purchasing the gold or silver (not sure which one) but it says you can get up to 4 things extra. So why would she say we are not going to do it. I would never every use this business again! Payed $35 dollars and had to finish cleaning my car. There was stuff still under car seats if it was vacuum like I payed for I would think nothing would be under seats. Did not empty ash tray there were empty cigarettes pack left in door pockets. When ask about why I was told thay don't throw nothing away and don't take any thrash away because it maybe important papers! Come on really !!! When I voice I was not happy with serves nothing was done to make it right. Wish I had done it myself which I basically did

Paid $26 for wash. Vacuum, clean inside. Had to clean the dash board when I got home. Had to ask to have tires wiped so water would not splatter over car. So much $$ and still have to fo my own work.Services: Car waxing
