“The office staff is great, but the aids are awful! They are not trained on how to care for the sick, and every aid I’ve been sent are lazy and it feels like I’m baby sitting them for the 7-8 hrs a day they are with me and I’m left in the sane shape as when they came. They are more of a bother than help, as a ex nurse and my mother a nurse practitioner and my son a new nurse, my stepfather that’s passed now a pharmacist we were or some still are in the medical Field and this has been extremely disappointing the aids that I’ve been given since needing home care. However the office staff is top notch I adore them.“
