But I have always loved this place they literally do magic but besides their expertise every last employee they're just exceptionally kind and caring and understanding. They go above and beyond. After my last visit, I was hesitant to come back to Great Clips, but the young lady that cut my hair today, did an excellent job!! I know your business has a somewhat high turnover rate, but she's an employee that you need to keep on staff. I didn't get her name, but I'd like to thank her for a Great haircut.
I've never left with a bad haircut, I've never had to wait a long time and the staff is always great. When there is something I would prefer to be changed mid-cut I act like an adult and say something, rather than sitting quietly and then complaining later on the internet.
