“If you absolutely dread going to the dentist, you will love coming here. I actually stopped going to the dentist altogether a few years ago. I was tired of walking into appointments feeling fine, only to leave with my mouth feeling sore and battered for days from traditional manual scraping.
Eventually, I learned about ultrasonic scalers—modern devices that remove plaque painlessly—and started searching for a local office that used one. Springfield Dental was at the top of my search, but it was over 60 miles away. Still, something about them felt completely different. I read about their family-owned business, saw photos of their bright, modern, clean office, and learned they even use safer, newer alternatives to traditional X-rays. The more I looked at their site, the more I knew they were worth the trip.
Even so, I wasn't thrilled on the morning of my appointment when I realized I was facing an 80-minute drive. I seriously questioned if I was making a mistake. But the moment I walked through the door, all that anxiety melted away. Manisha greeted me like an old friend and let me know that Rob would be my hygienist. Right on time, Rob came out to the waiting room to get me. To my absolute amazement, when he finished cleaning my teeth, there had been zero pain. Dr. K came in next for the final check, and he was incredibly warm and personable.
The entire team made me feel so welcomed. I left that day feeling like if I lived closer, we would all be genuine friends. My wife was so shocked to hear me raving about a dentist that she has already recommended them to several people—including a nurse with a special-needs daughter, who had an equally wonderful experience. It has been about four months since my visit, and I still highly recommend Springfield Gentle Dental!”
