Had a tech come out to look at my condenser that stopped working. They looked it at for an hour and tested all the pieces. Was quoted $4k to fix it and told I needed a new compressor and fan motor. Had someone else come to look at it to be sure. It turned out the only bad part was a $12 capacitor that he tested and said worked perfectly. Condenser works just fine after replacing it with a new one from Amazon.
Don’t use this company, My mom bought a new unit from them 2 years ago and it stopped working, and now they are trying to avoid going out and looking at it. It clearly states 10 year warranty. It’s 99 degrees in her house currently.Services: A/C system maintenance
The offer a "membership" that inclydes free annual inspections at the change of the seasons but after trying to call to schedule one they said they don't schedule them in the afternoon so good luck if you have a job like an adult. Even then they schedule them 4 months out until the middle of summer after your AC has been running for months.
