Jim Burton managed a couple properties for me for a decade and helped me sell one. I was very happy with his management. When I went to sell one of the properties, he got us more than we were asking in less than a week. He has the connections with contractors, other agents, city officials, that you need. Shop around but you won't find anyone better.

Heyyyy????? This company saved me A trip back to Michigan after getting dooped out of a nice amount of money I put down on a home...moved from Michigan to Springfield with my son & dog... HOMELESS for a month in a new state and it was BITTER COLD LAST MONTH BELOW 30 ° OUTSIDE & LIVING OUT OF MOTEL 6?? JIM MY EARTH ANGEL CALLED ME WITH THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME A DAY BEFORE I WAS TO RETURN BACK HOME ADMITTING DEFEAT! THANK GOD FOR THIS COMPANY AND AMBER THE BEAUTIFUL RECEPTIONIST!????????
