Chris came out promptly at 1130am! He was scheduled to arrive between 1115-1215 and the text message was so helpful! I appreciated being able to put the dogs up and have the house ready for him to get started! He was very friendly, pleasant and professional! I am in awe of how much better the couch looks! Its less than a year old, but unfortunately the dogs have made it smell a little funny. Chris had the deoderizer put on and the couch completely clean and fresh within an hour! He also was very respectful of our home and made sure to keep an eye out for our cat. I have had Absolute Clean for many years and would have no one else! Rob and Chris are both very professional, courteous and friendly. They come when they they say they're coming and give texts if the time changes. I appreciate their strong work ethic. I had pet stains from several years ago which Rob worked diligently on and the carpet looks almost brand new!! Thank you so much Rob!
