Austin was very professional polite knowledgeable and very thorough and explained things to me and asked if I had questions my husband went with him and he showed him the ant places that were so large and where he sprayed and did his job we are very pleased with him this is second time he’s done service for me last time was with rodents in my rental and he comes every three months to service rodents and always very helpful friendly professional and knowledgeable he deserves a great pay rate and great job promotion exceptional young man .
We receive quarterly preventative treatments, and Austin was our specialist that performed our last service. He was amazing …. Professional, polite, personable - he was great. He deserves a raise as far as I’m concerned! These are the type of employees you want representing your company. He paid close attention to a couple of troublesome spots for us and did a thorough check on all of the animal and termite stations around our house. Thanks for the great service!
