Zips Car Wash

I love zips when the vacuums actually work at this location. Lately they've been lacking in that area. I love that they have towels and what looks like window cleaner (you should label it and put your name on the bottles so it's got a logo and we know what exactly it is)For realThe vacuums not being available to use is becoming an issue. I understand they are free, but that's the perks Zips offers as apart of using their car wash services. So I think if that's one of the perks they offer- they need to work on that bc otherwise, you start to become just like any other carwash. Hi! I was wondering why lately the car wash has been a one lane access, rather than 2 lanes “cashless” or “members only” lane. It has been one lane here lately. The 1 line be extra long because customers have problems at the gate( as well as several vacuums not properly working and service lot have lots of trash, such as Glass or plastic on prior zip experiences). Pictures posted below. . ., but despite these current ongoing issues , I would like to provide my continuous feedback as a most frequent customer . I just want to say thank u Charles and Hannah for always being accommodating and doing a great job!
