“I don’t know where to start. My backstory is that I had a baby about 2 months ago and haven’t had my hair done in about a year and a half. My postpartum hair was bright red (pre pregnancy it was dark blonde) and in DESPERATE need of help. I had an old balayage job that had grown out and my hair was very long.

I scheduled an appointment with Lauren after reading things online and knowing someone who went to her shop. I told her what I was thinking and she was honest with me and also listened to what I was aiming for. I wanted to be blonde again and everything came out perfect. My hair is always tricky for people who don’t quite have the experience which is why I chose Lauren (years of experience).

It was also my first time out after having a baby for that long. She made me feel good about that and also did an amazing job on my hair. She toned it perfectly and made sure that we weren’t even close to yellow. The cut is also perfect because i’m always particular about it and she took the time to hear me out and do it exactly how I wanted.

I never felt like she was rushing to squeeze in more people and she was right on time. The price was great! I spent a few hours there while she did my hair and it was the best hair experience Ive ever had and I never plan on going anywhere else. Being able to come home to my little girl with the biggest smile on my face because I finally look and feel good enough to take pictures with her and go out of the house with her has been the biggest gift. Lauren gave me that confidence back. It truly is a look good, feel good situation.
