Once here she walked us through the whole process, asking all the right questions to see what kind of ideas we had. She brought back in some samples and it was very easy to pick out which one we would love to go with. She was easy to talk to and was very helpful for us!
Floor Coverings International Cincinnati North redid our main level floors this past June. We removed the carpet that covered half of the floor, replaced it with red oak to match the other half, which was sanded down. Lastly, we stained it all the a new color. They did a great job through the whole process, and Nadia was very helpful and accommodating. The floors look great and seem to be holding up!
