I bought my home in 2023 and it had a new roof that another roofing company had installed in 2020. I was getting a large water circle in my kitchen ceiling...the roof had a 5 year guarantee on workmanship that expired May 2025. I started calling the company and they did come out twice and got in the attic and told me no sign of water leak in attic and no wet insulation. Called Rembrandt out to take a look at things as I realized former company had no intention of making good on repairs as former owners paid for roof and they were not going repair anything for me. Received three new roof estimates and although Rembrandt was not the lowest, it was competitive. We chose Rembrandt based on consumers report on shingles.
Steven and crew were excellent to work with. Crew started at 7:30 am and were all done by 2pm. Area was cleaned up very nicely.
Great company to work with. I had a critter tear off wood from one of my dormers and get into the walls fortunately it got out and Adam made a special trip at the end of his day to close up the hole so nothing could get in untill his team had time for my repair. They cleaned my gutters and roof and fixed a leak on my screen room roof plus repaired both dormers. They were very good about texting to let me know where they were in the process fast and efficient
