Used the On-Demand Care option today at this location for the first time. I was in the building for about an hour for a sick visit. To walk in w/o an appt. on a Monday evening and be seen id say thats not too bad. Overall very easy process. The staff/np were very kind and helpful.
Tested for Covid, RSV, strep and the flu quickly without an appointment. Given an x ray to check for Covid pneumonia. The provider was very efficient and kind. The process was quick. I was prescribed appropriate medication. I would recommend Kettering on Demand.
Quick and excellent care. Amber was wonderful and helped both me and my wife after getting sick during the holidays. She’s kind and takes time to listen to what’s going on. Would definitely recommend others come here for care.
