I had the best ever online shopping experience with Ukebug. Barb and Greg are both sweet and professional people and I will have no hesitation to buy from them again. First, They have a wonderful collection of ukes, I found my stunningly beautiful and unique (IMHO) uke there . The website is esthetically pleasing and easy to browse around. I love the well shot and multiple angel images of "each individual uke" they put up on their website, you can also hear sample of how each uke sounds. They also go extra mile to pen in personal description of each uke they sell. Greg and Barb made my day! They very patiently guided me through making a selection of a uke I just love from the overwhelming number of wonderful options. Seeing the ukuleles in person, feeling the wood and hearing the sound/tone makes a world of difference.
