the staff is very helpful!! they can hold a conversation and are very personable! the atmosphere is nice, the building is pretty clean!! some of the testers were absolutely garbage.. how long do they leave it before they replace it? some of them were completely destroyed and unusable. the stock was really low! not sure if maybe we went the day before they got a shipment or what, but there was a ton out of stock completely. the clearance section has been mangled and gone through, opened, used, broken, etc., which i suppose is why they're on clearance, but again im not sure where they draw the line on what is acceptable to sell. would prefer a different location but will...read full review

I was just along for the ride. My wife visits Ulta because it the best place for her hygiene needs. She has been to different locations around Akron but this is now her favorite store. Everyone was so friendly.

I had eyebrow waxing & mapping by Stephanie. She spent time explaining her technique to me & how she would make my eyebrows look the way I want them to be. She recommended a new color to enhance my eyebrows with my hair coloring. I highly recommend Stephanie not only for her expertise but her professional & bubbly personality!
