Nice, and professional employees what a relief. Prive is going downhill, disgruntled employees and sloppy work gel polish came off in 3 days and not a good vibe anymore. I decided to give this place a chance and it did not disappoint.

The customer service is good but they really don’t know how to give a proper pedicure and paint the nails good. They always leave space on the nail between the paint and the skin and sometimes the second coat is visible separate from the first coat. Not sure how well trained the staff is but they don’t really have the stamina or energy to give a proper pedicure.

I have been going to Square One in Solon for over a year now and am so pleased with this little shop. The owners, Tony and Stacy, make it a point to remember their guests and always welcome them by name. Their staff is professional, welcoming, and very talented. My dip manicures typically last 4 weeks, which saves me time and money as opposed to every two weeks with the gel polish. This past week, I broke a nail and stopped by without an appointment. They removed the dip, repaired the nail, and redid the polish and didn't charge me a thing. I typically see Bin, but I have seen almost every one of their staff and each one has done a great job.
