Had a poor experience at another clinic and brought my dog here. I felt like they actually listened, actually cared about the health of my dog, and were incredibly knowledgeable about anything I asked. This clinic is bit of a drive for me to make, but I’ll make it every time to receive the quality of care they have offered me and my dog
my Yogi had issues for days and he needed help they got me in and that and figured out he pulled muscle in his neck after quick visit to identify problem same eve was back to his old self he needs to slow down take time to heal lol
This is simple we just adopted a new family member Beretta ( 3yr old German Shepard ) after 4 days she has not eaten and a runny nose so we called around to see who could get her in right away everyone was more than 4 to 5 days out.
The last time we used Solon unfortunately was to put down our last Shepard after 13 yrs and they were great then also. Solon was the only one that cared enough to get her in the same day understanding she has not eaten. From the start once again so friendly including from the first phone call to after the exam they even called the next morning to check up on her. There isn't enough good things to say about everyone at Solon but Thank You
