“Danielle has been fantastic throughout my recovery from my Hip labrial tear repair! I’ve been able to schedule around my ever changing schedule and even checked in the next day after one of my sessions to make sure I wasn’t too sore. With my kids home for winter break it was SO convenient that she comes to my house for therapy! She was great with advising me on how to adapt my exercises and activity levels for an out of town trip during recovery to make sure I was continuing the healing and strengthening process but also able to enjoy my time and activities with my family! She even reviewed a rollercoaster ride I was really hoping to go on to ensure it would be safe in my stage post surgery! She really goes above and beyond to ensure thorough and functional intervention and recovery! I highly recommend her!“

“Suburban Physical Therapy gave me my quality of life back. I had an extruded disc at L4 that pinched the nerve. The stabbing pain in my leg made it very difficult to stand or walk. My therapist was Justin. On the first visit Justin listened to what was going on and gave me some exercises to do. One exercise, laying on my side on a rolled up towel, took away the pain. I could then sleep at night. What a relief. Over the next 12 weeks Justin worked with me to figure out what exercises and stretching would work to solve the problem. It was a long road. Justin did research to try to figure out the best way to fix the issue. I did all of the exercises and stretches he gave me because I REALLY wanted to be active again. Around the week 9 visit I started to feel relief. I was able to stand longer and walk farther distances without the pain starting. At week 12 the pain was mostly gone. I could take hikes, ride my bicycle, and play pickleball again. Justin was amazing to work with. All of the staff there were great. The facility is clean and has people who truly care about you. I would HIGHLY recommend Suburban Physical Therapy to anyone who needs physical therapy.“
