My experience with epac has been great. You can take their words to the bank. Everyone I talked in every department were helpful. For example, I had printed my pouches in 3 SKU and 1 SKU’s color was not what I expected and they immediately offered me to reprint it with my chosen color without charge! They also sent someone to my office with color coded albums so I can pick my color in order to make sure this time we choose and print the perfect pouch! Lastly, they sent me preprint samples before it printed it without extra charges and the reason they were doing all these was one thing and that is to make sure their customer is satisfied Regardless what it costs to them...read full review
