I’m fairly new in Sidney. I tried one salon and it was ok but decided to try someone else. I have gone to Perfect Touch Salon 3 times now. Love Kim’s cuts. She always tells me to come back if she didn’t take enough off. She gave me a different style this time and I love it. The price is reasonable too. Will continue going here. Friendly people.
