Outstanding staff and Dr. Mani is the best!!

The staff was so sweet and kind!! This was our first time there and my (almost) 3 year olds first time at the dentist. The lady at the front desk was very patient even with all of the paperwork, phones, scheduling, people, and all of the other office duties she was responsible for. Janice was our hygienist and I can't even put into words how great our experience was with her. She took her time cleaning my teeth and was doing her best to engage my daughter and make her feel comfortable. One staff member, whom I forget her name, came in to keep my daughter company while I went out in the hall to get xrays, and she was also just so sweet and personable. Janice was very personable and kind, and you can tell she loves what she does. She tried the polishing brush on my daughter but the noise bothered my daughter so she just used the normal toothbrush on her. Janice didn't skip a beat or hesitate at all. Dr. Mani popped in briefly to look over the xrays and check mine and my daughter's teeth. He was gentle with her and did a quick, yet thorough check on our teeth. They listened to my concerns and checked them out and explained things. They were very knowledgeable about what insurance covers which was also a huge plus. I also got an impression done and the staff member, whom I forget her name, was just so sweet too. Not once did I ever feel rushed or like a burden. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you to everyone who made our day today!
