I have the upmost trust in Terri taking care of any dog. She has taken great care of my Henry for many years and I wouldn’t trust Henry with anyone else. She makes sure that all the dogs are compatible and that there isn’t any danger of the dogs getting hurt. She has a clean facility the dogs are well fed and if there’s any medication she makes sure that Henry gets it. I wouldn’t leave Henry with anybody else but Terri.

Terri is very thorough and attentive. She encouraged us tour the facility with our dog prior to boarding/committing to board to make sure it was going to be a good fit for everyone.

I have used Country-Side and multiple times and will use them again in the future.Terri is great with the dogs. You can tell that she enjoys working with them and takes good care of them.Kennel was extremely clean. Well organized.Terri listened to my requests and needs, which included boarding my 2 dogs together in the same run, giving one of them medication, and playing fetch with one who gets anxious otherwise. She accomodated my requests perfectly.My dogs looked happy and healthy when they were ready for pick up and Terri had them ready right on time!It was great to be able to leave my babies in capable, caring hands and know that they would be well taken care of.
