I went 2 times to this salon, first time was great. My hair was done the way I wanted. My second time I wanted a balage I told the lady what I wanted, not highlights. I ended up with highlights was very disappointed. Because I told her from the beginning and if she couldn’t or didn’t have the time etc. she could said something. It’s a great places it was just the second time it was very disappointing.
