“Very good experience with these folks! This company installed a whole new HVAC system in an older house we purchased. They did a great install and provided high quality Carrier Equipment at a vey reasonable cost. Today was our first service call to them in five years. Our AC failed yesterday evening, it was supposed to be in the high 80s today. They squeezed us in, Service Men came out around noon, determined the problem, they had parts on the truck. We were back in service! The part was covered under the Carrier 10 year warranty. Wow, so impressed.“

“Our business has been working with Buckeye Horizon for months and our experience with them has been tremendous. The value for their services are the best we've encountered in the past 3 years of using a variety of HVAC specialist company's.

There's a personal touch and a bedside manner that I've not received from any other company we've dealt with. From management down to the onsite technical support we've experienced total professionalism. Many businesses, in the past, would make us wait over a week but many times BH was able to service us within 24 hours.

Buckeye Horizon is our first call when we experience boiler issues or our in-unit radiator systems and the price (for a total boiler replacement system) was the most reasonable that we were able to find after 6 months of research and gathering estimates.

“Installed a new blower motor and a new board for my 20-year-old central AC. quick instillation and they had parts on hand. Good for emergency service.

Cleaned up area and the second tech made sure everything worked well.

I think my only complaint is I never got an estimate for any of the repairs until after all work was done. Some pricing communication would be beneficial but overall they did a good job.

Spoke to Mark about initial grievances and Mark was easy to work with and communicated well.“
