as i pulled into the parking lot to the salon my car suffered an overheating situation and was forced to coast to Great Clips. My stylist, Lexi, was so compassionate, coming out side to my car to assist me (after the manager gave her permission to do so). This is an amazing example of people caring and the extra mile for customer service. Thank you to all the staff at Great Clips Abbe Road Elyria ohio for those who heard me and were so caring.
