Kenny was able to do some pretty major mods on our popup camper to deal with water damage from lake or good sealing by prior owner. The camper is far better reinforced and versatile today than when new in 2019. In particular the four corners have 3/16” steel L’s with through-bolt tie-downs to prevent the top from swinging in high winds. Today that came in handy 2200 miles from home in OH, at Glacier National Park. The mountain winds were strong and changing directions quickly, causing the top to swim from side to side. We used lines and stakes with new tie-downs and as you can see in high winds the top barely moved.
Kenny was knowledgeable and professional in diagnosing and repairing an electrical issue in my air conditioner and furnace that several others could not figure out. He was promt and responsive in his communication. I would highly recommend.
Kenny is AMAZING! I am new to the world of RV's. I used Kenny to look over my new (used) R-Pod 171 to make sure it was road worthy and replace the wheel bearings. Not only did he do a great job with every part of the process but he was very patient and answered all my questions. Kenny is now my go to for my RV and my work trailer. HIGHLY recommend!
