The majority of the staff at this establishment have no respect for anyone’s time. Not for their staff or patients.And the staff behind the desk - are incredibly rude and unprofessional.There is a clear lack of competent management. And they don’t seem to understand what a schedule actually means. Or time frame means.Don’t schedule an appointment with this establishment unless your day is completely free. Being a patient at this facility THOM has been great. Especially the Physical Therapy team. These are kind hearted soles, very professional, five Star people. Kudos to Kim, Zach, Kevin & Tina a job well done. I will forever hold a special place in my heart for all of you ❤️.

I was sent here by my employer for a drug screen because I was a new higher. Front desk lady wasn't friendly and flat out ignored me when I asked a question about showing a copy of my prescriptions. Then I was asked to sit and wait and waited over an hour and a half before anyone spoke to me again, then the lady who collected my specimen was short like I was somehow inconveniencing her. Just not a friendly patient forward establishment and the wait time for one drug screen at 830am on a Tuesday was bonkers.
