“Hi all, I went to the KeyMe booth in a Kroger at West Chester. Got 2 paid keys and 1 free. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 keys didn't work, while another one was barely fitting inside the keyhole of the car. After I received an email asking me how were the keys doing, I replied with the issue above and immediately received a refund for 2 keys. So even if the keys don't work, don't worry you can communicate with them for help. Thank you!“

“I cannot rave enough about these guys. We were at a concert at Riverbend and my BF lost the keyfob. I called AAA but they would not tow us back to Lexington KY with all 4 of us in the tow truck. So, I called a locksmith. It was well after business hrs. Let me tell you Noam went above and beyond for us. The venue would not let him in. He parked at the casino and walked at least half a mile into the lot to help us. He was able to get into the car, but unfortunately did not have the right part for our car fob. This man spent 3 hrs with us trying his best. Once the venue cleared out he walked back to his car and came back with water and snacks for us. When I said I was going to stay with the car since AAA is in my name, he made it clear he was not comfortable with me staying alone in a desolate parking lot at 1 am while my BF and our friend and her daughter Ubered home to Lexington, KY. I called AAA back and explained that the area was unsafe for a woman to be alone at night and they let my BF stay instead. But I would not have known i could even call AAA and tell them that if he had not intervened. And, he hooked us up with his associate in Lexington, KY who came out the next morning after the car had been towed home and fixed our keyfob issue a lot cheaper than Toyota quoted me. This was one of the worst nights of my life, but Noam and BNL Locksmith saved my day. And after all the work Noam did and time he spent with us, he only charged me the $30 onsite fee. I expected to pay more. Hell, I would have paid more to compensate him fairly for his time, but he insisted only $30. As a woman it can be tough in these situations to trust strangers. But Noam was nothing but nice, honest and personable. highly reccomend.“
