The clinic is able to accommodate new patients quickly and spends quality time with pet owners, making them feel valued and not rushed. The staff, including front desk ladies, assistants, nurses, and doctors, are kind, friendly, and compassionate. The facility is also highly praised, making it a top recommendation for pet owners.
I have been a client for over 20 years and I absolutely love Dr. Cook and all the staff. Everyone is helpful and Dr. Cook is great with my animals. She is a great surgeon and I trust her completely with the care of my dogs and cats. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I’m moving to Texas, but I just had to say that while I was studying in Ohio, this clinic has been so patient with me and my dog. They never once were rude about me asking for a different place to sit sometimes due to sensory overload, or a very detailed explanation of something, or being very anxious. As an autistic person, I felt so safe here and it benefited my dog’s health so much! Will miss them:)
Front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The vet was great and answered all my questions. I appreciate the time she spent with us going over possible options and finding what works best for us. Highly recommend!
