We were very satisfied. Roberts handled the process professionally, and with respect for us and our father. They let us take our time to discuss changes to obit, about how the service would be and answered all of our questions and were very helpful through the whole process.
The entire team was wonderful from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Alex kept in contact with me and walked us through the entire process and helped us with everything we needed! We received a lot of compliments afterwards also from friends and family.
