Everything for us happened on a Sunday. Wesley was very timely in connecting with me after I had talked to the call service. He helped me walk through the entire process and presented the options at each point. He was very professional and empathetic. In a time of chaos and uncertainty, the whole process with Wesley went very smoothly and efficiently. Thank you very much.
