“This was far and away THE most positive experience I've ever had with a house/yard project. I usually like to do this stuff on my own, but this was too big and CTR came recommended.First, CTR owner Chance showed up on July 4th weekend to provide a quote, which was very considerate and unexpected. We outlined the project, figured out a window to start, and he and his crew started work on time and were at the house consistently. It was a muddy/dirty job with excavation going on, and tons of boulders, gravel, etc. moving in and out of the driveway and yet they kept it tidy despite how much earth was being moved.Chance kept us informed of progress and snags, solved problems, and made cool functional and style improvements along the way. As it unfolded, the project got much bigger (due to us, NOT them!), and their design ideas and adjustments made this so much more beautiful and functional than we'd ever envisioned. It's also important that they have a great working relationship with Frank Brothers, which really helped as the project changed since CTR had ready access to the wide variety of material that was needed.The CTR crew is hard working, a pleasure to work with, and even though the project wasn't inexpensive, the value is THERE. They transformed an unusable part of our backyard and built a beautiful and functional space, and I recommend Chance and CTR with zero reservations. Book them early - CTR Services are good, hard working, easy people to work with and they're only going to get more busy with their quality of work.”
