“First time having carpet cleaning service. First of all, I messaged several places and not all responded. Ideal was the one that responded. The communication was great and clear. The service was on time. We gave a tour and Curtis listed again which area should be cleaned and very quickly started working on it. The process was very simple, smooth and fast! We were happy about how easy we communicated and he was very experienced. During cleaning, Curtis would ask us to check the result while he was doing other areas. The service also includes sofa and hard floor cleaning. It was a great weather that day. The uncovered carpet almost dried in just a few hours. We were very pleased to see the cleaned carpet and sofa. We highly recommend this place if you’re thinking carpet cleaning.“
