Cerny go above and beyond spending time one on one, explaining everything in detail. They do the most in depth comprehensive exam. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, making patients feel welcome and important. Dr. Craig Cerny thoroughly explains in layman’s terms everything about eye exams and eye care. He is never rushed or dismissive and answers questions thoughtfully with compassion and skill. The facility is loved. The professional staff ensures the wait is never long. Patients know they are getting the best eye care and have never had one problem. Highly recommended.

Kelly at the front desk is also amazing. She is detailed, thorough and quickly understands exactly how to proceed with various insurance coverage and scheduling issues.
