Richard came out and did an amazing job! He made sure to do everything he could to make me and my family feel safe again! I have a one year old and am due to have my second in 2.5 weeks and he made sure to get the job done fast and super efficient! Not only that but he spent hours trying to find out the whole problem and fixed it! This man deserves a huge raise! I recommend this place to anyone! Best service I’ve ever had! My daughter hired Cincinnati Mold Pro's to repair water damage in the crawl space of a recently purchased home. She was unable to be home during the work day, so she asked me, her mother to be there.The 2 men that arrived were polite, courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed efficiently and with the utmost respect of her and her home.I do however, think their company name should be Cincinnati Mold PROFESSIONALS, not simply Pro's as the word Pro's is a short cut and Cincinnati Mold PROFESSIONALS took no short cuts when it came to taking care of the problem.Excellent service by a professional team.Thank you for putting my daughter at ease ❤️
Rich and his team did a fantastic job of remediating the mold issue in my home! They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and eager to explain the process not only to myself, but to anyone else who was related with the process.
