My mother, 93 years old, has been your client for many years. She is still waiting for her 2021 income taxes to be filed. I have inquired to when the taxes will be completed and it’s always, “in a week or two”. And now she needs to file for 2022. She is greatly concerned about the fines and penalties that will be incurred from the city, state, and the IRS.

Our paperwork for taxes was taken in February 2. We still don’t have them back. I would not recommend this place. Prices go up every year, service goes down. We will be looking for a new place next year.
