Extremely rude customer service. Had a plumbing emergency and called them due to a recommendation. I get they were probably busy but the woman who answered the phone laughed in my ear and said we can’t help you because I had never been serviced by them before. Must not want new business?

George gets 5 stars from me. He's a great guy to talk to and help you out. Mark is the reason for the 1 star! I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service from him!

Great service, better people..... had the pleasure to meet George LeFeld who was able to get the A/C pumping ice cold at my Aunt's house here in St. Henry, Ohio. Highly recommend and highly skilled. Thanks again George and pleasure meeting you!
