Let me start off by saying I’ve never had an inspection done and they made the entire process easy for me and my boyfriend. They went and was super thorough thru everything and very detailed walked us over to show us what can be done on each specific part of the house we are potentially buying. Both guys were super friendly and kind. They treated this house as if it was their own. 10/10 highly recommend for everyone!! Thank you for making it super easy!!❤️

I am so grateful for the time and consideration spent on our inspection. From the short notice to the 3 inches of snow, they provided a thorough inspection that prevented us from making a mistake going forward. Definitely recommend!

First time home buyer here and I chose Premiere Property Inspection especially because of the great reviews and I couldn't haven chosen better.Charles did a great job and looked for things in and around the house I wouldn't even have thought of to pay attention to. He gave me a lot of helpful tips, beyond his findings, just simply to make me aware of certain services and checks I should make at certain times.Charles took his time to answer all questions and go in details.
