Dr Moore and the staff at New Horizon have been so kind to me and my family during the loss of a pet. I have never received so much kindness during something like this. I’m so incredibly thankful for them and I will continue to choose their services. Thank you for everything!!
Took my 10 year old cat in for a dental procedure... Communication was top notch, and even after an unexpected complication following the surgery, they got him back in immediately for another procedure to correct the issue.
He's as happy and healthy as ever, back to acting like his old self. I couldn't be more grateful.
Very upfront with the pricing, with an estimate that covers a wide range of possibilities. Even with that, the final bill was UNDER the original low end of the estimate.
Staff pleasant . Never difficult getting an appointment. Doctors take their time with your pet and are open to discussion or questions. Parking lot is large and easily accessible. Waiting area is nice size too.
