East Clinton Medical Services is a medical practice where patients feel truly listened to. The staff are consistently described as kind, efficient, and helpful. Dr. Cacas is noted as being fantastic, compassionate, professional, and personable. He takes time to listen, explain, and remember details about his patients. The practice uses the patient portal quickly for responsive communication and to solve problems. Patients report feeling that their concerns are taken seriously and that the team does everything possible to help, making them feel at ease and fortunate to be patients there.
I recently seen Noelle for the first time and I was very impressed. She takes concerns seriously and seems to really care about her patients. She is very responsive to messages through the patient portal and she called me personally with my most recent test results. I would also like to give a shout out to Megan for being so kind and making me feel at ease.
The only place that I feel like listens to you as a patient. They always are helpful and use the patient portal quickly and I always get any issue or problem answered or help to solve asap. I’ve been coming to Dr. Cacas for years and he is professional, kind and takes the time to truly listen and explain any question you have. They really do a great job and I’m fortunate to be a patient of the practice.
I have been seeing Dr. Cacas since he began his practice in Sabina. You will not find a better doctor anywhere!!! He and his staff are amazing!!! When I go to see Dr Cacas and his staff is like going to see your family not just another doctor’s office!!!
