Reviewers are very impressed with the office, describing their experience as great and overall good. The new building is very nice, though one reviewer recommends adding some vibrant colors to the interior and rooms to make it less surgical/sterile. Staff members are outstanding, with one patient noting their health was first and foremost. A nurse practitioner is described as wonderful, very thorough, patient, and easy to talk to, making patients feel very comfortable. The onsite lab is appreciated, and patients look forward to the pharmacy saving a trip. Reviewers highly recommend this center for medical needs close to home.
I’m very impressed with this office. I needed healthcare practitioner close to home and decided to go here. I’m so glad and happy that I did! My NP was wonderful and very thorough!! She made me feel very comfortable and was so easy to talk with about all my concerns. I love the fact they have a lab onsite. I know they will eventually get a pharmacy up and running which will save me a trip into Bellefontaine. I highly recommend Mary Rutan Indian Lake Health Center!!!
Every staff member who cared for me was outstanding. My health was first and foremost and the continued contact with my family physician was excellent. As always, thank you for all that you’ve done for me.
My experience overall was great. The new building is very nice. The only thing I would recommend is to add some color to the interior and rooms. It is very surgical/sterile and could use some vibrant colors to make it more welcoming.
