We wanted to support a small business plumber, but it was hard to find one who was interested in the maintenance job we needed done. Tom said he would come and look at the job. Then, Tom and Tim completed the job the same day. Our plumbing set up is a bit of a challenge, but Tom and Tim were professional, competent, and efficient.
