Absolutely worst service. They couldn’t accommodate my needs. I will never be back. If a maternity massage is scheduled, maybe someone can call and talk about this. A maternity massage is schedule for 2nd trimester. I was unaware - so if they can’t do this massage until 12 weeks, then why can’t ANYTHING else be offered. This was a gift - an embarrassing gift. I will never recommend this spa to anyone, and I always recommend this place. Never again. I’m so embarrassed and the fact that they couldn’t help out. Never again.

Couples massage.Our first time at this Spa. Great experience! The facility atmosphere is so relaxing. Decorated beautiful! The massage therapists have excellent technique! Everyone is professional and very friendly.We were recently at the Spa at Nemacolin and this rates right there with that! Planning on returning!

We booked the couples swedish massage for our anniversary. This was my first professional massage and first time here in general. They did a great job explaining everything and there are plenty of amenties before the massage even starts. The place is beautiful and clean. I believe my massage was done by Alexis, or Alyssa (I forgot) but she did a wonderful job and we both felt amazing when we left. We will definitely return. Thank you so much!
