I booked a full body deep tissue massage. The robes are comfortable and warm the slippers fit well also. The showers are ok there was hair in the showers which discouraged me from using them. The toiletries were mediocre the refreshments are 2 different types of Chex mix if that's your thing. The wine was a nice touch the options are wine, mimosa, juice and water. I had Gordon for a masseuse he was attentive and adjusted the pressure in response to my body. I didn't have to tell him he intuitively knew which is a plus. He says he has 17 years of experience and I can believe it. The heated massage tables are nice the music is relaxing as well. The quiet room is decent....read full review
I received a gift card for a massage, gel mani, and gel pedi. Amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lauren gave the best mani/pedi I've had in a long time. The massage by Joseph was fantastic. I will definitely be back!
I visited Woodhouse Rocky River for the first time last week. I treated my best friend and myself (of course!) to a manicure/pedicure. I was very impressed by the spa and had a wonderful and relaxing time. We enjoyed a beverage, some girl time, and a nail treatment. The quality of the services were exceptional. I will definitely be going back...soon!!! Thank you, Woodhouse, for joining the Rocky River community.
