Great experience with Daondre! It seems like every few drop-offs, my dry-cleaning bag goes missing. During my last visit, I asked about getting a replacement, and the person I spoke with mentioned they’d been backordered for six months and suggested I purchase my own. That struck me as odd since I had just received a new bag within the past six months. When I returned to pick up my clothes, I shared my concern with Daondre, and without hesitation, he found a replacement bag for me—no questions asked. His customer-first attitude really stood out. Keep up the great work, Daondre! Your dedication to service is truly appreciated.

UPDATE: they have resolved the issue and I’m pleased, …..?I took my son’s suit to be cleaned and the lady was very friendly and got it done within 24 hrs. However when I picked up the suit I was charged $24 when I walked in, then waited 15 mins just to get the suit. The gentleman that was working said he would give me a discount for waiting and told me to tap my card again and he change me again $13. I’ve been asking for my money back for over a week now and they keep giving me the run around saying I’ll get an email and NOTHING has come of it.
