Stopped in to purchase a gift card. Had no idea how much I should purchase. Vibe at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was a huge help guiding me on what was the right amount to purchase!!!!! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at The Lash Lounge with Jada T. as my lash tech! She did my full set and I am absolutely obsessed with the results. Her work was so precise, clean, and beautifully aligned — you can tell she truly takes pride in what she does.
Not only is she incredibly talented, but her customer service and professionalism were top tier. She made me feel comfortable the entire appointment and was so sweet and attentive throughout the process. Her work ethic really stood out to me, and it’s rare to find someone who combines skill, patience, and kindness the way she does.
If you’re looking for quality five-star lash service, I highly recommend booking… read full review

I feel very comfortable at the Lash Lounge in Rocky River! The environment and atmosphere is calming and the staff is inviting, understanding, friendly, cordial, and generally very warm toward me. But this is about the lashes - which I couldn’t be happier with ❤ I wanted a natural, everyday look and that’s what I got. I look forward to my appointments!
