the second location for Sacred Hour opened in the winter of 2019/20 and is so very quiet, private and has al of the same wonderful massage therapists as their flagship location. I have done the Calming the Hara treatment several times but mostly just go for the best massage anywhere in Cleveland. always prompt and professional, I stopped requesting therapists because they are all amazing. book here but plan ahead.

KATHY has the hands of a freaking GODDDESSSS!! she's the only person i will go to from here on out. can't wait for my next appointment. she pin pointed every part that needed to be worked on. i was literally in tears with how good i felt after my session. 20/10 recommend!!! i had a hardcore pinch from sleeping wrong... afterwards i felt like it was 90% GONE! daydreaming about my next massage. with my wedding in 11 days i have extra tension & she did gods work with my deep tissue massage. i have never experienced such an amazing massage experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

When I want to treat myself, I go to a class at Sacred Hour. The space is beautiful, intimate and calming. The instructors I’ve been to have been personable and offer great cues. Jessie especially is WONDERFUL with assists, seriously felt like I was melting into relaxation the last class I had with her.
