The roofing crew was an incredible team that could not have worked harder and was incredibly efficient, and the gutter crew was the same. Excellent cleanup was also noted, and the company is recommended without reservation.
One customer called the company because it had replaced in-laws' roof and they had a great experience. With a leak somewhere on a fairly new roof, the company was very helpful and understanding when there was a scheduling issue. When diagnosing the issue, instead of just telling the customer the roof seemed fine, which it did, a picture was also taken of a structural/frame/wood issue that might be the culprit. The customer had been trying to figure this out forever and finally had a place to start.
The company was called wonderful roofers. With a leaking chimney on July 4 holiday weekend, when no one else was available, they came out, fixed the problem, and did not even charge since it was such a small job. For another roofing issue, many roofers reviewed it and said there were problems that needed extensive repairs, but the crew was honest and showed there was no damage. The leak came from an ice dam. They could have easily lied to try and make a profit, but they did not, and that integrity matters, especially in the roofing business.
The company is top notch. After buying a house with a one year old roof that supposedly came with a warranty, numerous attempts could not get a response from the original installer. The company came out right away, and after explaining there was a pretty serious leak around the chimney caused by poorly installed flashing, the crew was promptly dispatched to fix the problem. An addition was also in desperate need of a new rolled roof. They did an amazing job on both projects. Their work is excellent, their customer service is outstanding, and their prices are fair and reasonable. The company is highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.
Very polite, professional, and on time. An inspection was performed on the roof due to some concerns, and the customer was told the concerns were not enough at this time to pursue repair or replacement. Definitely a great experience.
