A place and a vet that truly cares about cats and puts them first. My cat Winnie has been boarding here anytime me or my family needs to go abroad and I only trust Amy with my cat! I can tell she’s well taken care of and Amy genuinely took the time to know my cats personality and likes/dislikes. Winnie is not a people person, but she loves Amy. Thank you nine lives cat center!!!!!

Excellent care for our kitty!Our cat was in excellent hands with Dr. Amy and staff. She doesn’t just feed & water your cat and stick your cat back in their cage-she takes the time to observe and intuit what your cat needs to be as comfortable as possible while they’re there-whether your cat is more comfortable staying in their enclosure, or exploring their surroundings a bit. Amy also sent me a couple text updates while our kitty was in her care, complete with photos. (Photo attached.) Our cat requires medicine every day, which Dr. Amy and her staff handled expertly. When we board our pets, Dr. MacKay goes above and beyond to closely monitor their health and behaviors. She doesn't just clean and feed. She interacts with them and gets to know their purrsonalities! She even gives my shy kitty a plush cave in which to hide. She really cares about them as if they were her own. The facility only has cats on site, so its calm and quiet for them.
