this company has done damage to my property. ive been dealing with them for over a year. when they cut my trees down they lrft ruts in my yard and neighbors yard for over 6 months. dangerous to pets and people. my new driveway has 7 foot cracks in it and is several different colors, it is wrong size according to contract. have documentation from garage company that is not level causing water to enter garage on all 4 sides when it rains. garage company has been out at least 6 times, hardened concrete stuck to my new siding had to be manually scraped off by hand. worked without permits. put my dogs in danger by taking down old garage without a varience and refused to put fence up to contain animals. put up orage flimsly plastic instead. damaged both neighbors yard. had work done at my fathers. my 90 year old dying father had to clean off his own deck in snow from what they left behind. damaged his yard and neighbors yard with their trucks. darnell sanders has not responded to bbb report they have been contacting him for 6 weeks. the city of north royalton has received many complaints about them the building commissioner suggested i sue. darnell spoke to me on phone swearing and using f word. they have a record with bbb now. they do work first then get permits and were charged double.
